TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you visit the PodCover online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. ABOUT PODCOVER
PodCover is an independent accessories brand selling protective cases and related products.
Apple and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc. PodCover is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
For customer service, email podcoverhelp@gmail.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to place an order.
If you are under 18, an order must be placed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for checking your email address, delivery address, selected AirPods model, colour, and quantity before completing checkout.
3. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
AirPods models have different dimensions. Cases designed for one AirPods model may not fit another model. You are responsible for selecting the correct model before placing your order.
The selected product, model, colour, quantity, and price will be displayed in your cart and order confirmation.
Product availability may change without notice. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Applicable taxes are included or calculated as required by law.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
We may correct clear pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you. You may accept the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
5. ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
We may reject or cancel an order if:
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• A product is unavailable.
• The order information is incomplete or incorrect.
• We identify a clear pricing or technical error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
• We cannot deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. DELIVERY
Available delivery destinations, methods, estimated timeframes, and charges are displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a fixed deadline. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.
Your statutory rights concerning delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered orders remain unaffected.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers in Denmark and the European Union generally have 14 days after receiving an online order to tell us that they wish to cancel the purchase. After notifying us, the products must generally be returned within the following 14 days.
You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Products made to individual specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned under the right of cancellation unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Complete conditions, instructions, and refund information are provided in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
8. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact podcoverhelp@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs where useful.
Consumers in Denmark generally have a two-year statutory right to complain about products that do not conform to the purchase agreement. Different mandatory periods may apply in other countries.
These terms do not limit your statutory rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.
You must not:
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology.
• Collect customer or website data without permission.
• Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• Use automated systems to place abusive or fraudulent orders.
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take appropriate action where these rules are violated.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PodCover name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, product presentation, and original written content are owned by PodCover or used with permission.
You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, or commercially use it without prior written permission.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, delivery companies, analytics providers, and other service providers may help us operate the store and fulfil orders.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PodCover is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the responsibility imposed by applicable law.
12. PRIVACY
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, and other necessary providers may process information required to operate the store, complete payments, prevent fraud, and deliver orders.
13. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was made.
Products sold through the store are intended for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, labour disputes, public authority actions, network failures, or interruptions to essential services.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase.
We may update these terms for future visits and orders when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this website with an updated date.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country.
Please contact podcoverhelp@gmail.com first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve the matter directly.
Eligible Danish consumers may also submit a complaint to the relevant consumer complaint body through Nævnenes Hus. Consumers residing elsewhere in the European Union may contact their local European Consumer Centre for guidance.
